Momentum: Glass solutions that strike a balance between openness and privacy
Background
Modern offices are often fitted with glass walls to create bright, open and welcoming working environments. At the same time, there is a need to define work zones, ensure privacy in meeting rooms and make glass partitions more visible to enhance security.
At Momentum, they wanted a solution that could combine functionality, aesthetics and the working environment – without compromising on natural light or the sense of open space.
The process
Optinor fitted transparent film with white printing to the glass walls in the office areas. The film creates an elegant matt finish, which both highlights the glass sections and provides a natural division of the spaces. At the same time, it preserves the natural light and the sense of openness that characterise modern office environments.
In selected meeting rooms, frosted film was also installed, providing a greater degree of privacy during meetings without making the rooms feel closed off or dark.
The project was carried out with a focus on precision and minimal disruption to day-to-day operations, so that staff could continue their work almost undisturbed.
