2. The purposes of, and the legal basis for, the processing of your personal data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Communication and follow-up regarding your orders and any other enquiries you make to us.
- The provision, delivery and invoicing of the requested services, products and services.
- Fulfilment of our obligations in relation to complaints and warranties.
- Optimising our digital solutions, including user-friendliness and security.
- Provided you have given your consent, we may use your information to send you newsletters and to contact you for marketing, sales, advertising and analytical purposes.
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is as follows:
- Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Legitimate interests pursued through the processing
As mentioned above, our processing of your personal data is partly based on the balancing of interests provision set out in Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The legitimate interests justifying the processing are direct marketing, sales and analysis.
3. Categories of personal data
When you use our digital solutions, the following information is collected automatically:
- Information about your browser, your operating system and the type of device you are using
- Your device's IP address
- Your approximate geographical location (determined on the basis of your IP address)
- Which pages you visit on our website, as well as the date and time of those visits
- The date and time when you completed our contact form, and the page on which you completed it
- Which page you came from when you visit our website
We process the following categories of personal data that you yourself provide to us:
- General personal data
- Name
- Company name
- Address (home and/or business)
- Telephone number (home and/or business)
- Email address (personal and/or business)
- Any other information you provide to us
4. Disclosure of personal data
We disclose or transfer your personal data to service providers, business partners and data processors who carry out work on our behalf, including email services, CRM systems, accounting systems and newsletter services. These third parties have access to your personal data to the extent necessary for them to provide their services to us, and are not permitted to use your data for any purposes other than those set out in section 2.
5. Transfers to recipients in third countries, including international organisations
In the event that we transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EU, we ensure that such transfers are carried out in accordance with the requirements laid down by law.
6. Where your personal data comes from
When you visit our digital solutions, your browser automatically sends information to the server. This automatically collected information is described in section 3.
In addition, you provide us with personal data yourself when you complete our contact form, send us an email, call us or communicate with us via social media or by other means.
7. Retention of your personal data
We will retain your personal data for as long as is relevant, for as long as is necessary for us to fulfil our obligations to you, or for as long as is required under the Accounting Act and other applicable legislation.
8. The right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us using the contact details set out above in point 1.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on the consent you previously gave, up to the time of withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, it will therefore only take effect from that point onwards.

Right to access information (right of access)
You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a range of further information.
Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have any inaccurate information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure
In certain circumstances, you have the right to have your personal data erased before our standard general erasure date.
Right to restriction of processing
In certain circumstances, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have processing restricted, we may only process the data in future – apart from storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or vital public interests.
Right to object
In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
Right to data portability
In certain circumstances, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have that personal data transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.
