Background

The offices are surrounded by large windows, which ensure a beautiful influx of light and an open connection to the surroundings. However, even with external solar shading, the intensity of the sun could at times create challenges with heat and glare.
The aim was therefore to find a solution that could improve working comfort whilst supporting the company’s aesthetic identity, without compromising on daylight or views.

The process
The solution was to install vertical blinds, carefully selected in a colour and finish that harmonise with the office’s existing décor and choice of materials.
To minimise disruption to day-to-day operations, the installation was planned and carried out at the weekend. This ensured that the work, including fitting and drilling, did not affect the staff’s ability to work undisturbed.
